Process: A Framework for Lasting Impact

Deliverables:

I. Floor Plans & Furniture Layouts (Technical 2D scaled drawings for space planning)

II. Look & Feel (Conceptual Mood board developed with inspirational images for proposed design direction)

Deliverables:

I. Selections (A variety of specifically sourced products and materials proposed to populate the chosen spaces)

II. Elevations (Technical 2D scaled drawings indicate detailed configurations, sizing and finish combinations for
custom millwork and reconstruction space elements and their various components.

Deliverables:

I. 3D Renders (Conceptual CAD drawings, depicting the final space)

II. IFC (Issues For Construction – Drawing Package)

III. Production Budget (All product, tradesman & logistical costs to implement the project

Deliverables:

I. Vendors (POs, payments, order tracking and consolidation)

II. Trades (Sub-contractor agreements, deposits & permitting)

Deliverables:

I. Site preparation (Protection of unchanged elements followed by Demolishing or necessary elements

II. Materials (Delivery of necessary materials and trims for various tradespeople)

III. Trades (Each trade is scheduled, supervised, and deficiencies are addressed once the scope is completed)

Deliverables:

I. Furniture (All furniture items are delivered through white-glove service, coordinated onsite by your Project Manager)

II. Decor (All decor and accessories are installed, and your Designer curates final styling finishing touches)
