HAUS Interiors works on fixed fees, never hourly billing. Most clients start with a design consultation at $500 plus GST, credited in full to your design fee when you sign your service agreement within 30 days of receiving your proposal. Projects typically start from $50,000, and the full fee tiers are on our Services page.
Yes. HAUS Interiors is a licensed general contractor (Prepaid Contractor Licence #357905), bonded and insured, so one team carries your home from the first sketch to the final styling. If you already have a builder, we can hand over a construction-ready design package instead.
Calgary, Cochrane, Canmore, Bragg Creek, Bearspaw and Harmony. We meet clients in their homes and at our Calgary home studio, by appointment.
Design takes 10 to 12 weeks: Planning 3 to 4 weeks, Development 4 to 6 weeks and Finalization 2 to 3 weeks. Procurement takes 4 to 12 weeks, and construction time is set by your scope. Most full projects run 13 to 25 weeks.
Michael Anderson, Project Director, spends two hours in your home on your brief, your plans and your style. You receive a written proposal within five business days, and the $500 plus GST fee is credited in full to your design fee when you sign within 30 days.
