We have worked with over 120 clients to transform homes and interiors across Calgary. Our approach blends function, beauty and personal style, and every project is led by our principal, Project Director Michael Anderson, from the first conversation to the final reveal.
The studio opened in May 2024 as Anderson Interiors and was rebranded as HAUS Interiors at the end of 2025: the same studio, the same founder and the same standards. As both an interior design studio and a licensed general contractor, we bridge the gap between visionary design and site reality, managing vetted trades, permits and the entire build under one roof.

The founder
Project Director, HAUS Interiors
Hailing from Cape Town, South Africa, and educated at the London International School of Fashion, Michael Anderson brings a multidisciplinary perspective to the Calgary market. Before entering the interior design world, he honed his eye for detail and structural harmony working for global powerhouses like GUESS and RALPH LAUREN.
This international pedigree, along with years at some of the top design studios, is recognised by the International Property Awards: Michael’s Project Aurum, designed at Olala Interiors, won Best Residential Interior Apartment (South Africa) in 2021. A rare hybrid, with the artistic vision of a couturier and the technical precision of a certified Interior Designer and Project Manager.
