How Our Fees Work
Clear, predictable and billed by milestone, so there is no incremental billing noise while your renovation is underway.
01 · Engagement Retainer
Project Review & Costing
$5,000 plus GST, credited in full toward your project costs. It covers the days of detailed work needed to review your plans and selections and finalize a complete project costing and schedule.
02 · The Implementation
Management Fee
A sliding percentage of production costs that decreases from 20% to 10% as the project grows. It covers ordering, trade coordination and site oversight through to handover.
Once your project schedule is finalized, we issue a formal service agreement and begin with a 50% deposit.
