How HAUS Interiors handles your information.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

HAUS Interiors – Luxury Design & Build Studio Inc. ("HAUS Interiors", "we") is a design-build studio in Calgary, Alberta. This page explains what we collect through hausinteriordesign.ca, why, and how you can reach us about it.

What we collect

When you contact us or book a consultation: your name, email, phone number and the project details you share with us.
When you use the Style Guide or the Investment Estimator: your first name and email, your answers, the result (your style or your estimate) and the time you gave consent.
When you pay for a design consultation: payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email and payment confirmation, never your card number.
When you browse the site: basic visit data through Google Analytics and Framer (pages viewed, device type and approximate location). This does not identify you by name.

Why we use it

To send you what you asked for, such as your Style Guide or estimate PDF.
To reply to you and to prepare for a consultation if you book one.
To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
To send occasional design ideas, only if you ticked that box. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell or rent your information.

Where it is kept

Your information is stored in our Google Workspace account (email and Google Sheets) and with our website host, Framer. These services may store data outside Canada. We keep project enquiries for as long as they are useful for your project and our records, and we delete them on request where the law allows.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to emails, by writing to concierge@hausinteriordesign.ca. We will reply within 30 days.
