Yes. Haus Interiors acts as your project manager and appoints and manages every trade. We are licensed, insured and bonded, and our own subcontractor agreements protect you from liability on site.

Hourly billing makes invoices unpredictable and discourages open communication. Our fixed design fee covers every call, message and meeting, so you know your investment up front and never need to watch the clock.

Production is billed as a sliding-scale management fee that decreases from 20 percent to 10 percent as the project grows. It covers procurement, trade coordination, site visits and the final reveal.

Mainly from trade-exclusive vendors across Canada and the USA, through a single designer portal with our partner CF Interiors. This gives you access to pieces and custom fabrication you won't find on retail floors, plus a SKU-level price match request before we order.

Through individual change orders. We agree on scope and cost with you before any new work begins, so there are no surprises.

Yes. We complete the current design phase and hand over all of its deliverables, so the project can resume seamlessly when you're ready.
